We try our best not to make any errors on our website, but sometimes it happens. Therefore, in the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to not sell any item below our normal retail price.

All products that are made to order will be billed to your credit card within 24 hours of when the order is placed. Any product that is in stock will be billed prior to it being shipped.

All credit card purchases made at BeverlyBay.com are backed by a credit card guarantee. We guarantee that every transaction you make at BeverlyBay.com will be 100% safe & secure.

All non-custom orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of payment. We primarily use Fedex-ground service unless otherwise noted.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee for all Custom Car Covers. Please call Customer Service before sending in product for return.

Use of Materials

This site is owned and operated by Beverly Bay, Inc. No material from any Beverly Bay, Inc Web site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, reprinted or distributed in any way without the expressed written permission of Beverly Bay, Inc, except that you may download or print one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Beverly Bay, Inc’s copyright and other proprietary rights and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Warranty Return Procedure

You must first call us before returning any product. All requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues, must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. We suggest you send all items back to us in a traceable form, whether it’s by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check. Orders paid through Paypal will be refunded with 7 days or product return.
