Can the product be returned for a refund?

Where do you ship and by what means?

We primarily use Fedex ground service. Our website is setup to ship to non-PO shipping addresses in the continental US only. For all other locations, please call us at 800 366-1898 or 818 882-2408. Remember, there is no charge for shipping on all orders within the continental US.

Can I get tracking on my delivery?

Every order that comes with an email address receives an email with tracking info. Please email service@beverlybay.com or call (800)366-1898 and we will be happy to look it up.

How do I measure my trailer for a cover?

When measuring your Bumper Pull Trailer, exclude bumpers, spare tire and hitch. When measuring for a Gooseneck, exclude bumpers, spare tire and hitch. You will need to include the gooseneck in the overall length of the trailer. We need the longest two points on your trailer's body. If your bumper pull trailer is longer than 18' or if your gooseneck trailer is longer than 34’6” it will only work with a custom-fit cover.

How long does it take to make a custom trailer cover?

Production time on custom orders is approximately 3-6 weeks.

How much information do you need to make a custom cover?

We minimally need your trailer's make, model and year. Any additional information is helpful but in most cases we already have your trailer's dimensions in our database.

Are horse trailer covers waterproof?

No. Our horse trailer covers are not waterproof. We only utilize breathable fabrics that allow trapped moisture to evaporate from underneath the cover. Although these fabrics will shed up to 99% of rain/snowfall, their breathable nature prevents them from being completely waterproof.

Will a Beverly Bay motorcycle cover scratch the windshield on my bike?

No. All of our covers are constructed using scratch resistant fabrics and have been thoroughly tested.

What if my motorcycle cover does not fit?

We want your cover to fit the first time. If you are unsure of what size to purchase or you bought the wrong size and want to switch, please call customer service at (800)366-1898.

Are motorcycle covers waterproof?

SilverMax covers are 100% waterproof. Sunbrella covers are 99% waterproof because they are breathable. Aqua-Plush covers are 99% waterproof because they are breathable.

What kind of cart are your covers designed to fit?

Our cart covers are designed to fit the majority of country club style golf carts, particularly EZ-GO's and Club Cars.

What do I do if my golf cart cover doesn't fit or I bought the wrong one?

We want your cover to fit the first time. If you are unsure of what size to purchase or you bought the wrong size and want to switch, please call customer service at (800)366-1898.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, M/C, American Express, and Discover. Paypal payments can be arranged by emailing service@beverlybay.com or by calling (800)366-1898.

Is it safe to give my credit card information over your website?

We use the highest level of encryption available today to protect your credit card and personal information via our 128 bit secure socket layer "SSL."

Can I send a check?

Personal checks can only be used on custom orders only. Money Orders can be used to pay for anything.

Can the product be returned for a refund?

Beverly Bay will accept product returns for workmanship defects that are found within the product’s warranty period. An exclusion will apply to Custom-fit vehicle covers. In this case, returns for workmanship defect are allowed for 30 days from the ship date. We will not accept custom-fit returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given. If a defect is found, per the terms mentioned above, we reserve the right to fix or replace the product. Please note that the color settings on your computer monitor may affect the way in which colors are displayed. If you are uncertain about the product’s actual color, we can arrange to ship you a fabric swatch.
